In this help article, we’ll show you how to support a single currency per Memberful account to charge members. From your Memberful dashboard via Settings → Localization you can select your currency while in test mode or if your live site has 0 active subscriptions. Choose your currency If you need to change your currency in a live account and you have active subscriptions, please contact us.
If members purchase a subscription using a currency different than yours, they may incur credit card conversion fees. Members should consult with their credit card issuer as they are responsible for any of those fees.
