What do you like best?
“I love that they're constantly upgrading there features that they're very responsive, their customer service, and that the user interface is very professional looking and easy to navigate.”
What do you dislike?
“The only improvements that I can think of is some integrations that I would like to see happen, and perhaps an affiliate program that's more traditional, rather than the way that it's set up. I'm not sure yet if they have a capacity to host video courses but that's the next thing I'm going to be looking into.”
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
“The best part about using Memberful is it makes setting up my monetized plans, simple and straightforward and I love how I can communicate with my customers directly using the email or post community features.”

What do you like best?
“Incredibly easy to use as an admin and also for users.”
What do you dislike?
“The only major complaint I get from users is the default of emailing a link to login, I know this is the future, but it just confuses most people. There should be an option to change this default.”

“It makes running a membership site almost completely seamless. I don't have to spend my time figuring out silly issues, it just works.”

“Memberful is core to our business. I have been able to customise many of the features to meet our business's needs and the platform is very user-friendly. I have enjoyed their recently upgraded analytics - helpful and insightful stats.”

“There are only a few small limitations with customisations - but the Memberful team is very responsive to feedback and often add our suggestions to their feature pipeline.”

“Customer service is splendid. The team really helps get details on growth and members when needed. Being able to see new signups and also analytics on payments.”

“Not being able to see how much revenue in a quick glance. I always have to dive through the payments and members to see how much we collected.”

“Automating membership payments. Uploading files for members. Posts. Chat function for customer service.”

“Not much control with file uploads. Would like the ability to bulk upload and delete files. It would be great to put uploads into folders.”

“Memberful's customer support is truly unmatched. They're so helpful, fast, and kind. Their tech is seamless to integrate, and great for scaling your business.”

“There are a few limitations when it comes to hyper-customizing things, like having multiple referral programs, but other than that, it's perfect.”

“I was using clunky and complicated tech before. Memberful completely solved that. They also have great integrations with Zapier, and ConvertKit. Overall, love them.”

“Memberful strikes the balance of being a backend service, giving you the power and help you need — but not getting in the way to deliver a product that is customized to your site. Memberful truly embraces their job of handling the difficult part of online memberships (payments, content, and plans) without getting in the way. They're the Stripe of online memberships.”

“The admin dashboard has been limiting in the past, but they've made improvements to it recently. Also, reporting and data on revenue has been an area of improvement.”

“Memberful is the backbone of our business — handling payments (through a 3rd party payment processor), handling communication with members, and delivering content to those that should have it.”

What do you like best?
“It's incredibly easy to quickly search for members from the dashboard, pull up relevant subscription details, and perform tasks such as updating their profile information, processing a refund, or otherwise updating their subscription. The Memberful support team is also best in class -- they're incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in working through any issue.”
What do you dislike?
“Honestly, there's nothing that I really dislike! We've had a great experience with Memberful so far and using the service has drastically reduced the amount of time we need to spend on member/subscription management.”

“Memberful allows us to easily and effectively manage memberships for our private community. We have a few different "tiers" of membership, and we've been able to easily customize each tier.”
