Switch your Stripe account

If you would like to use a new Stripe account with Memberful:

1. Use Stripe's self-serve feature to migrate your Memberful customers to your new Stripe account.
2. In your Stripe dashboard, deauthorize the Memberful app. Check out this article if you need any further help with that step.
3. Reconnect to your new account via Account → Payouts in your Memberful dashboard.
4. Contact us so we can re-sync your members. If you miss this step we will not be able to charge your members when their renewals come due.
