We've been building Memberful for thirteen years now. In that time we've worked with thousands of creators, publishers, and media companies building membership businesses - and we've learned a lot about what that actually takes. Today we're launching a new brand that tries to reflect all of that more honestly than we ever have.

Who Memberful is built for

Memberful is built for serious operators, big and small. The brand that has an audience and wants the flexibility to tailor their membership exactly the way their business requires. Independent writers running real media businesses. Creators who've outgrown the "just get started" tools. Media companies and podcasters building direct-to-audience at scale.

Here’s something they all share: they want to own their membership business completely. Their brand, their members, their tools, their financial relationship with their audience. Not renting access through a platform. Owning it outright.

That's who we've always built for. Now we're saying it clearly.

What the brand stands for

We worked with the team at Goodside to build something that finally reflects the craft and human touch we've always cared about. The result is clean, premium, and typography-led with creators at the forefront.

But the more important change is the point of view.

Three words sit at the center of everything: ownership, flexibility, and intention. Memberful is for operators who want a membership that's entirely their own. Flexible enough to fit any business model, intentional enough to grow with you, and always grounded in the belief that your people are yours, always.
