We’ve refreshed our Orders charts so you can easily access real-time, event-driven data to inform your day-to-day decision-making.
We understand that you need access to real-time, event-driven data to inform your day-to-day decision-making, so we've refreshed the Orders page ( Analytics > Orders) to reflect that need!
With the new experience, you'll be able to easily answer questions like:
- How many new orders did I have this week?
- How much revenue can be attributed to renewals YTD?
- Which plan generated more orders last quarter?
- How many refunds have I processed since the beginning of my membership and who are the members that received them?
Combined with the trend metrics we launched in 2022, these order-based metrics will help you to form a complete picture of your membership business.
