Replace the group subscription manager

Group plans are Plans that contain multiple memberships purchased and managed by a single account — or "the group subscription manager." They are a great solution for companies, groups, or schools that have a single point of contact but are purchasing access for multiple people.

In certain cases, the group subscription manager may need to be replaced with one of the group members. This doc will walk you through how to make that switch.

Replace the group subscription manager

  1. Navigate to the group subscription, and remove the member who you’re promoting to the group subscription manager. Then, delete the member.
  2. Replace the existing group subscription managers' information with the deleted member's name and email address.
  3. Have the new group subscription manager login to their account.
