Move group to a different plan
Group plans allow you to sell multiple memberships which are purchased, distributed, and managed by a single account. They are a great solution for companies, groups, or schools that have a single point of contact but are purchasing access for multiple people.
Group managers can change plans on their own, but there may be times, for high-touch customers, when you need to do this for them.
If you've added multiple plans to a Plan Group, you can switch a group manager's plan for another one in the same Plan Group.
Navigate to the group manager’s profile, click the Change button, and select a different plan from the list. Review the different scenarios for group plan changes so you know what to expect.
