Display terms of service and privacy policy
You can link to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages in your Memberful purchase form.
Navigate to Settings → Customize → Form from your Memberful dashboard, and scroll down to the Custom Links section.
If you include a link to either a Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, Memberful will display a checkbox for your members to select before checking out.
