Refund or suspend an order
In this help doc:
Refund an order
Click the Order # in the member's profile in recent activity.
Click the Refund order button.
You can process a full or partial refund—with or without canceling the associated subscription, and select a reason for the refund (optional), which will be logged in your Stripe dashboard.
Memberful does not refund your transaction fee when you process a refund.
Suspend an order
Click the Suspend order button to suspend an order.
If you suspend the most recent order it will automatically mark the subscription as inactive. It becomes active again when you click Complete order.
